We ordered both Blueberry and Rhubarb Crumble. We were so excited and went home and baked according to directions. The pies didn't seem done... Runny and not Browning. We baked longer and when we pulled them out and let them sit and cool and cut into them they were so watery!!! I have never seen so much watery liquid pie in my life and neither has my daughter who bakes and went to culinary school. You could drink this pie... Not slice it on a plate. Absolute best pies! My wife and I are pie snobs and we used to think that the best pies were from the Traverse City Pie Company. We were wrong. This place has the most delicious pies which are all handmade with simple ingredients.

In response to the previous one star review: if your pie looks like it's not done... Leave it in the oven longer. These pies are heavy with ingredients and take a long time. Our apple crumble with our oven takes around 20 mins longer than...

We received an apple crunch pie as a thank you from our neighbor. Best apple pie we have ever had. We couldn't believe how stuffed it was with apples....just the right sweetness. ..a hint of cinnamon. And there is only six ingredients. ....no preservatives.....no artificial anything. Amazing! ! looked up the website and we will be visiting Roanoke to get more for us and Christmas gifts for family...
