I went there with a ring swollen into my finger desperate for help, when an online manufacturer hadn't used the right material and I had an allergic reaction. I'd tried everything for days and was in extensive pain. As a last hope, I stopped in and inquired if they knew how to get it off. They quickly and compassionately addressed my problem and didn't even charge me for the removal. (Even when whatever the ring WAS made of turned out to be a hard and time consuming removal). I personally believe that businesses are only as superior as the people that own them, so I felt compelled to let others know just what an amazing store we have right here in the Roanoke region. DONT BRING EXPENSIVE WATCHES HERE. Very professional, but poor customer service. I came in here at store "JC" with a high end watch for a simple battery replacement. After 2 hours my watch died again. I took it to a different jeweler "B" and they fixed the battery for free without charge. They also reported that "JC" had added improper components that should not have gone into the watch and could have potentially damaged it. When presenting "JC" with my dilemma, they back peddled, denied any issue with the repair, and refused to refund a simple $20 service. I do not recommend wasting...
