I placed a pick up order here and wanted to get some extras before we headed to the hospital next door to give birth. The fine scholar working the register has zero customer service skills.
I walked in — They looked at me, had disgust on their face, turned around towards the counter, ignored me, stared down at their phone and started texting. Like… isn’t this where you work and have to serve customers? Lol - that energy alone makes me question where did Cava find their employees? Why am I even here they do not deserve my money.
I spent $50 on 2 bowls of food… wanted to buy more, but changed my mind due to this experience. I walked out with my pick up order.
You would think if you spent your earned income at an establishment charging an arm and a leg for fresh quality food you would get good service. Nope.
On top of that my double protein lamb meat was skimp and the chicken I added was skimp.
Many reviews here have mentioned the customer service not being good here. Don’t work in hospitality of you are not… “hospitable”.
The GM at this location needs to get it together and improve their hiring & training process.

Read moreI recently returned to Cava after a few months. I hadn't had a bad experience, I just don't get over to Towers Mall very much. Well, my first day back, I was met with Travis, who immediately made my return a welcome one. He was absolutely pleasant, patient, and fun! We talked casually while he prepared two bowls for me. He offered suggestions and didn't complain when I was unsure or wanted extra of something. From start to finish, he gave incredible customer service. Travis, if you see this, I want you to know that you are an amazing human being. I appreciate you being so kind to me. I know I was nothing special, but you certainly made me feel that way. And I know this is how you make every customer feel based on all the comments I see here mentioning your name. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! I will be back! :)

I like how updated the facility is and how clean and different the line is compared to others. This doesn’t take away from other cavas’, I just really like the uniqueness from all the different cavas based on the local area. Another thing is the customer service. I like to compare other location customer service off my own I give to see the differences and take from to learn. I’m still pretty new to working at cava so I want to learn as much as I can.
