The decline in good coustomer service has been in motion for some time...most recently (Sunday May 08) our visits low points consisted of waiting over an hour for a sandwich and a wrap...which were of very disappointing quality and when i noticed only half of my sandwich had lettuce on it..and i went to remove the top slice of bread to see what was up...i noticed that the middle of my bread had a big wet red tomato shaped spot on it..which wouldn't have been an issue...accept i ordered it without tomato...and the fact that my food set in the kitchen...made for over an hour...wasn't made properly...was stale and cold..was reason enough for me not to go back..that and the manager was..busy playing with napkins.
I was also confused as to why there was only 1 waitress working the entire floor...she was polite and friendly but super busy..not her fault..but maybe instead of rolling up silverware and letting your cooks go home...and relying on a single staff member to take care of everyone..the manager...if he can be called a manager..maybe he could have been doing a little more to help.
Of course this is not the first time we have had a less then satisfactory experence at Wildflours Towers location. Its been going down hill for a while. Food, cooked poorly..slow service..no service and a lot of price for little product. The high points of our most recent visit..a professional and curious server, proving that she could likely handel the and worst of what her job has to offer.
If you really want Wildflour...head to their third street location...it is ALWAYS packed and i have personally never had a...
Read moreI always heard about this place...but never really stopped in to experience it. Until one day I decided and said to myself..."Eh. Let's give it a try." and after visiting, I can say with confidence that this place is absolutely worthy of 5 stars.
I ordered the Athensian Appetizer, a Greek Salad, followed by the Blue Moon Wrap, with Coffee and a Lemon Bar for dessert..All of them tasted satisfying and fresh...The moment I tasted the wrap I was like..."Oh yeah...This is good." And if you have a hard time deciding, you can always ask the servers for their recommendations.
Speaking of servers, the service, some of the nicest I have ever received in a restaurant. The servers are kind, and compliment your choices, which is excellent. They are always constantly refilling you drinks, and that's also excellent. And when the service is great....I tip great. 😁
The prices may be a little steep, but trust me, for how excellent the food taste, and how fresh it is, it's worth almost every penny.
Wildflower is something else, and if you're ever in the Towers area. I recommend this place, it took me by surprise, and I will definitely be coming back again....
Read moreWanted to dine here for lunch, but was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. Had a schedule, so will have to try again later. There were plenty of vacant tables, so staffing may have been the issue.
7/27/24 Have been back a couple of times, and the food has been great, the staff friendly and very attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. Today's lunch included the MJ -fried green tomato toasted rye sandwich with L, T and goat cheese. It was delicious and tasty. The fried tomato coating was crispy and had a faint spice which enhanced the sandwich so much. The side of Greek pasta salad was coated in a tasty vinaigrette, with tomato, feta, and lots of other goodies. My dining mates also expressed how good their food was one with a sandwich wrap with a "tad too much hummus" and another had the chicken salad sandwich with cranberries. They also noted the timely service. The only drawback was that as the restaurant filled, it was difficult to hear dining mates. Will definitely return. Recommend going at 11:30am or 1pm to...
