Major Key Clothing — Local services in Roanoke

I originally found Major Key Clothing through Facebook. I ordered several items,and I was happy with what I purchased. I did receive 20 percent off my items. And everytime I placed a order I always received my jeans within 3 days. So when I found their app I placed it on my phone. And when you first sign up they give you a 15 percent discount on anything you purchase but sneakers. They carry men's , women's,and kids clothing. Plus sneakers from high level names. I really like the women's boy shorts and they have bra's to match. They always have sales on items, if the jeans cost $150 you can get them on sale for around $60. The jeans are slightly stretchable and come in all sizes and brand names. Some of their clothing is expensive where a T-shirt can cost around $400.,but if you buy them on sale ,you pay less and get one free. This store is located in Virginia and everything they carry depends on your taste in clothing. I also purchased Champion sweat pants for my boyfriend and son. The sizes are a perfect fit. I still have several items on my wishlist which I will purchase soon. Now that summer is almost here they have shorts you can buy. And t- shirts to match plus hats and underwear. Plus I never have problems with customer service,if I text them a message they do respond back in 24 hours. I will be placing another order by tomorrow,I found the coolest women's sweatpants and matching shirt on sale. And several boy shorts for women in special designs I personally like. I definitely recommend this store. And if your not happy with your purchases they will refund your money with no questions asked plus they have several payment options for...

I usually have a good experience but recently it was not good. I purchased a medium belt, because I usually wear a medium in everything, my waist is a size 32. The belts listed did not have a waist guide listed. Upon receiving imy belt t I realized it was to big. I called and spoke with a young lady that was extremely nice. She advise me to send it back in exchange for a small. I sent the belt back and the small size belt was sent out immediately. Upon receiving the small belt it to was to big. I called back to see if they had a ex small in stock. I was told yes, and to send back for exchange. I sent the belt back I called the shop on 03/14/2023, I was told they had received the belt and would mail the xs belt the next day. Two days went by i emailed them asking for a tracking number. no answer. on 03/20/2023 i called in and male answered the phone, he checked and said that my belt had not been mailed out. I asked why and he said " I don't know, I don't think the post office came by" So from 03/14 to 3/20 the post office did not come. I asked when would they ship it, he said he was unsure and the girl who handles online wont be in till the next day. I then asked him is there a manager or anyone else I could talk to and he would not get someone else. He rudely got off the phone instead of trying to satisfy the customer. All I wanted was a confirmation on when the item I purchased would be sent and he could not provide that or direct me to someone that could better assist me.

Horrible experience with ordering threw them I order some shorts from them on the 9th of march for my trip that was on the 17th of march I had a date for them to be delivered on the 13th looked out for them all day they didnt come now its the 24th I still havent recieved my shorts and the customer service line is busy I advise anyone not to order threw them go to era clothing...
