This review is for any truck drivers delivering.
Great place to deliver to. I was unloaded within an hour. Very nice people and they immediately got to work. This was a broker load from Pennsylvania that had a posted delivery time between 4am to 7am and unloading began at 5am. I would recommend getting here as early as possible to beat the traffic as this can be a tight place to get to in a 53' van with sleeper.
I put some pictures on here that might help other drivers. Depending where you're coming from, get off 581 to Elm Avenue, Left on Williamson Road SE, then a Left at stop light at bridge on Albemarle Ave SE. Once you get through the two stop lights at the railroad crossing, take an immediate right then look to your left and you will see their two open docks.
These two stop lights can be a real pain too, especially leaving since stop light #1 sensor is past the rail road track, meaning it will not trigger a green light without you blocking the railroad crossing. The blue route going down 4th St SE is another option but I chose this way to not have to make a left on Elm with only a stop sign, this can be a pretty busy area depending on the...
Read moreSmall Batch Liquidations is my Roman Empire. I wake up thinking about it, I go to bed thinking about it, and sometimes I dream Joe is personally handing me a flat-screen TV for $20. Walking in feels like stepping into a game show where every prize is ridiculously cheap and somehow exactly what you never knew you needed.
Joe, the owner? Absolute king of chaos and deals. Heâs got this twinkle in his eye like he already knows youâre about to leave with something outrageous â like a chainsaw, a velvet chair, and a set of artisanal cheese knives â all for less than your Starbucks order. He makes shopping feel like an adventure and a party rolled into one.
This isnât just shopping, itâs a lifestyle. Go once and suddenly youâre telling strangers in the Food Lion checkout line about the blender you got for five bucks. If Roanoke had a theme park, Small Batch would be the...
Read moreHad a chance to stop in to Small Batch Liquidations today. My wife and I just bought a new house and happened upon it from word of mouth. Such a wonderful place and a wonderful day date for my wife and I. We were met at the door by the owner Joe, who explained to us about the deals and ask specifically what we were looking for. This curated collection is second to none. The atmosphere and vibe spectacular. This place felt more at home in Austin or Brooklyn or South Beach than it does in Roanoke. Do yourself a favor, do your house a favor and check this place out. Amazing deals and amazing fines. Insane deals on unique pieces that no one else will have. P.s. dog friendly as well. We give it four thumbs up...
