Maurices — Local services in Robinson Township

I visited this store while in the area over the holidays. I purchased an adorable pair of hiking boots, but after wearing them only once the eyelets for the laces began becoming unattached from the boot itself. I had returned home and there was not a Maurice's nearby so I called the store back and explained the situation. I spoke with a few different individuals during this time and each and everyone was absolutely wonderful. They were all so friendly, genuinely wanted to make it right and stayed in touch to keep me updated. They sent me out a brand new replacement pair of boots and said if any issue at all to let them know. Customer service is certainly one of the hardest lines of work to be in and each one of these individuals is to be commended for their wonderful and helpful attitude. Had the BEST experience here. I never knew about this store until I saw a friend post about it on Facebook. Such a large variety of clothing for regular AND plus sizes (that’s such a rarity in stores) AND for amazing prices. The clearance racks in general had $9.95 jeans and $6.95 tops and jackets.
