Spencer's — Local services in Robinson Township

Went in shopping with my friend on November 4th 2024 around 4 Pm we are both 17 and we was just looking around and talking and some older lady came over to us and said we have to be 18+ to be in there or she would have to call security on us. Even though every other mall I’ve been to I’ve had no problems with anyone or any worker because I shop there regularly when I go to the mall and have never had any problems about my age or anything else. And after she forced us to leave I even looked restrictions up on google and even it said there is no age restriction on being in the store. All other workers I talked to were very kind except the older shorter lady with long hair she kicked us out over not showing id and ruined our shopping experience there and we will probably not return because of her horrible...

I came in for a specific item my daughter needed as a gift for her co-worker. She saw it online but the app. stated was not available at a particular store close to us. I went to that store, and there it was. I even found some extra items as well.
