All Star — Restaurant in Robinson Township

First time for me and my boyfriend to eat here. We looked at the reviews and what we could see were good, so we went. We walked in .... nobody is standing in the front to wait people, we stood there in the doorway for a good 10 minutes before someone decided to seat us , we got there at 7. There was only two girls working the whole restaurant, by the time we got our food , which was wings for the both of us... only takes 15-20 minutes to make , it was already 8. Our wings were way over cooked barely any meat left, the fries we got weren’t cooked enough, and to make it even better our ranch was watery and had bubbles in it along side of the container, which if I knew the reason at that point in time of what that was , I wouldn’t of used the ranch at all , I understand that you only had two girls working but if they were that busy you guys should be having more then just two girls working. After we start eating we notice that our waitress never came back until we were done with our food, she never came over to fill our drink up , never came and checked up on us , there wasn’t even that many people in the restaurant. As I’m almost done with my food I look around and the manager or who I would think is the manager ( since he was the one who seated us since the girls were busy) he has no mask on , I look over and our waitress is behind the bar, with her mask off as well , we had higher expectations for this place , and saying as the way we’re treated our first night there, we will never...

I went there as an interracial date couple,was mistreated and ignored upon entering the establishment. My date whom was Caucasian said "excuse me" to a waitress she walked by him and ignored him. We sat there for 20 minutes no one greeted us or asked if we wanted a drink. A patron sitting next to me raised his hand a waitress ran right over to him,and he told her "hey they need serviced" she totally ignored me (I'm black) and asked my date what HE wanted to drink,she would not even give me eye contact. She brought over menus,then we sat there for another 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. Finally we had enough and asked for our bill,and paid for our 1 drink and left her an 11 cent tip ; only because we hate change. My date and I have never been so racially discriminated against before in an establishment. He has NEVER experienced racism until that day. Needless to say we would never go back there nor would we ever recommend anyone else,especially interracial couples to dine there. I WISH I COULD...

i have Been going to All Star for 4 years now. We come from NY every year to go to 3 to 4 Steelers games. we are season ticket holders. After every Steelers game we go to All Star for dinner. Every meal we have had from there has been excellent. We went last night as usually expecting a great meal. My Wife's wine had a bug in it, she asked for chardonnay and was given moscato. my friends grilled chicken avocado salad was horrible. The avocados were like rubber you couldn't even cut them. Last was my Sons burger it was so burnt it was half the size of the bun. After all this I didn't say anything about the bug or the avocado, but after the burger I went up to the owner because he has been there every time we have gone, and when I told him everything that happened his answer was you should just ask for a new drink. Now I didn't expect a free meal, but after all this I would have expected the owner to come to our table and apologize for the poor meal. please do yourself a favor and...
