M O O N S U S H I (Sushi, Ramen, Teriyaki/ Hibachi Express) — Restaurant in Robinson Township

I purchased the shoyu ramen (which was decently flavorful and near the expectation of what I assumed it should be,) as well as the salmon nigiri to be delivered to me via uber eats. The uber eats driver was great! He had the sushi in a cold bag and the ramen in a hot bag. The food left much to be desired. The ramen had some decent flavor to it, but the noodles themselves seemed to be slightly overcooked, stuck together in an impossible manner. I had to eat balls of ramen noodles alongside crunchy what I assume is thinly sliced long mushrooms. The salmon nigiri, everything that could go wrong did with the sushi, the salmon had no taste and the rice was cooked until it was mush then balled together making it almost brick-like when I tried to eat it. I could not tolerate attempting to bite into another piece so I just toss the salmon nigiri. I would not recommend eating the sushi from this place EVER. The ramen isn't half bad for the price so I'd say that's probably the only redeeming quality...

We had california rolls, the rainbow roll platter and Miso ramen to go. Everything was delicious!!! We accidentally got there 10 minutes before closing so I was worried that our order might be rushed, it wasn't. It's always fun to watch your sushi being made and today was no exception. Never ever again. I ordered spicy california rolls twenty piece, and i got horribly sick. I don't know if its food poisoning or salmonella. About two hours after eating the sushi my stomach was boiling and i was farting and burping so much i couldn't sleep. The day after i had horrible cramps and nausea.
