Bubble House — Restaurant in Robinson Township

This establishment is incredibly unprofessional and lacks any amount of customer service. I dropped my drink right in front of them, and they offered for me to buy another drink discounted, but that I had to wait for them to make bobs. They kept delaying the time that the boba would be finished while serving new customers, as I waited almost an hour for a new drink. They basically lied because they didn’t want to give a discount they offered or just outright wanted to refuse me service. When I offered to pay full for a new drink, he told me he was not going to serve me and had a nasty attitude. Crepes, acai bowls, rolled ice cream sundaes, and of course, bubble tea.

If you are like me and don't like tea but prefer a stronger fruit flavor to your drink, this place is better than Bubble Bee in South Hills Village.

Try my pineapple upside down tea! I get pineapple fruit tea with cherry popping Boba.

Last stop in I also tried a s'mores rolled ice cream sundae and it was DELICIOUS. Expect to pay quite a bit, but worth the cash.

Manager is super nice, though the other employees don't seem to interact much with customers, which can leave you feeling a little awkward while waiting for your order, but...

Friend dropped a drink and they told us we could get a discount. When we tried to order it, they told us we had to wait for more boba to be made. We waited the time and came back and said the same thing. We asked if we could order it now and then they just make it when its ready, but they said no. We asked if we could order a different drink and then it changed to them being "out of drinks". One of our other friends went up to order a drink when we left and they had no problem ordering a drink with boba. No reason why they wouldn't serve us, we were very nice to them and waited patiently for the time periods given to us....
