when i was at this pagoda i was shocked by how nice the people were. a specific person was Angie. she pierced my ears amd she made sure to make ot her very best she made sure i was comfortable abd she made sure the dots were in the right places. she also made sure we got the best quality of the jewelry. i tried 2 previous times to get my ears pierced at the pagoda in altoona, but the staff was very rude there and would not pierce my ears due to many excuses. i am very pleased and will most definitely go back to the pagoda at robinson...

Ashley McGraw district manager clapped her hands and told me she wouldn’t help me bc we lost the stud to the warranty that said we could get new piercing if it fell out. She should be fired she needs Jesus and an attitude adjustment. Terrible experience. Hey Ashley you are the worst customer service I have ever had. Quit if you hate your job that much. That was glorious processing I loved those girls, they were so supportive and those are girls girls for real I will be coming back sooner than later. They made my second look so beautiful on me, always trusts these girls they are amazing and literally God sent. 5 stars can’t even begin to explain how much I love their service, this might be glaze, but it’s all true.
