We will not come to this location ever again.
We ordered directly from the kiosk so we could easily customize our order to leave off items that needed to be removed. We paid and then went to find a table as we decided to dine-in. BAD idea. This place is filthy! It was not busy when we came in, well after any lunch rush, and there were literally no clean tables or seats to be found anywhere. I found one that needed the least amount of wiping & cleaned ourselves. We ordered an iced latte with our meals but I literally watched the lady come out from around the counter and pump coffee into a plastic cup (not espresso shots like stated on the menu) to make our drink. What am I paying 4 bucks for??? Btw, it was awful, we don't usually get lattes from Panera, definitely won't again. Our food arrived and our silverware was disgusting, thankfully they have plastic you can grab because what they gave us had been coated in layers of nasty-ness. Then, one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. It wasn't supposed to have tomato on it and it did, it was missing the lettuce and the dressing. We went up to let them know and they seriously asked if they could just remove the tomato from the sandwich instead of remake! If it were that easy of a fix and not an allergy issue, we would've done that ourselves. Then the kid wanted to argue and say that they made it correctly. Finally, they remade it, brought it back out & said hopefully it's right this time. No apology, just a snide remark. My chicken was so overheated that it was dried jerky. We also took advantage of a half off treat reward & opted for the brownie. By far, the worst brownie I've ever bit into. If I had to guess what a dog treat tasted like, this would be it. The lady behind the counter had nothing to do besides stand there & look around. She could've easily been cleaning tables and taking away the very full bin of dirty dishes.
If the dining area is being kept this filthy, I can't imagine the food prep areas are being kept much cleaner. The staff are lazy & rude. I'd try a different location if this is what...
Read moreI used to so enjoy to dine at Panera. The salads were so good and fresh. The selection of sweets was amazing. I could enter at any time and find a sweet treat and beverage to take care of a crave. Some time ago they stared using that bagged lettuce. I am what is considers a taster: a certain percentage of people can taste flavors others can not. For instance I taste Green in some very dark green veggies which remain not one of my favs! I also taste chemicals others do not, so bagged lettuce tastes like formaldehyde to me. How do I know? I took an anatomy class. So out went my fav salads. Unfortunately this has happened at most restaurants. Forget just dropping in for a sweet treat. The counter is about empty and most often filled with many croissants. No or minimal selections of cookies, scones, muffins….I just can’t count on even enjoying a chocolate chip cookie. And, this is at 12:20 in the afternoon with lines out the door. How can you not have your specialty items ready to refill the counter this early in the day? One would think that Panera should be ready to support their supply and demands? I had the Tomato Soup with a piece of focaccia bread and butter. Soup was on the very tart side. Not very warm. Bread lacked flavor and seemed to be missing salt. Purchased one of the last 5 brownies($9.00 lunch). There were only kitchen sink cookies(6),brownies (5), plain croissant (10), chocolate (10), orange scones (2),one of three different muffins, bear claws(6)pretty good guesstimates/remembrance. The rest of the counter empty and I was told that was all they had at 12:20. My brownie was nothing to talk about. Read moreI do NOT recommend this location whatsoever! I work close by this location, so this is the only reason that I would even come to this location. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, but it's very RARE that they get my order correct! More than once, have I not been spoken to when entering this establishment. I mobile order, but still when working in customer service, when you see a customer enter you GREET them! Today was the icing on the cake! For one, when I entered the establishment, there was a young lady who LITERALLY STARED ME IN THE EYES then turned her head continuing her conversation with her coworker. That was strike #1. Second, my order consisted of an iced coffee with pumps of caramel and vanilla. A half of dozen order of bagels and a TUB of cream cheese! There were NO pumps of caramel but instead was caramel drizzle. Barely any vanilla, that was strike #2. So I grabbed my order, finished preparing my coffee and left. As I left, I made up my mind that I would not continue patronizing this location. As I got ready to eat my bagels at work, I noticed that my TUB of cream cheese wasn't in there, but instead only one LITLLE personal container of cream cheese for an order of a HALF DOZEN of bagels! LIVID. So I called this location, because obviously I'm at work. Called them at 7:42 and 7:46 am. Each time I was hung up on because the recording said they were busy during that time and to call back.
