The younger bro working there kinda annoyed me, i went there looking for a specific product, he kept trying to push this other brand saying id save money, first off its sus when someone really trying to push a certain brand, like why you trying to unload a product so desperately? Secondly ive worked in vape stores before, not all brands are the same, and some just completely fabricate or straight up lie in the packaging, so just cuz one says 200mg doesn't make it necessary true, and certain brands are more reputable than others, especially in the kratom game, maybe i had a friend who tried that brand and said they sucked. The bottom line is if a customer knows what he wants dont push something else, if i wanted to try something different for cheaper id have gone to smoky mos down the street, all their kratom products are cheaper, they were just out of what i wanted, now you made me feel uncomfortable so id be hesitant to come back. I get the dude seemed kinda young and maybe didnt realize he was being pushy annoying. Hopefully he reads this. There is a time to upsell and its not when someone comes in knowing exactly what they want, the day before i tried a different brand and was not happy with it,, so i wanted what i know is good. Also when they opened i signed up for the rewards program and they sent me a text that was a coupon and i went there to present it and the dude was obvious like he didnt believe i had a coupon. Andy and Jacob were super chill and really knew their stuff. They helped me pick out the perfect setup and even gave me some solid tips to get the best out of it.
