It is a Panera, so they do serve food, but that's about all I can say of this place. They are always scant on meat on their sandwiches, which is very different from the pictures they show. Sloppily put together and disappointing quality. At least they have somewhat decent coffee. Not eating here again after the third pickup order that was pathetically low-quality and/or wrong and/or missing items upon review when we opened the food at home. It seems like every Panera I've visited in the past couple years has lower quality food than they used to, though, so maybe this one is just like the rest. If Panera would quit trying to constantly swank up the menu and just serve the food they got famous for serving, I'd continue to be a customer. The caesar chicken sandwich is gone, the Italian grinder is different, the Sierra turkey is no longer available--why would you mess with a good thing like that? Not really a reliable place to eat anymore, no matter...
Read moreI ate at another Panera in West Bloomfield earlier this week and got the same curbside order at this one. The food at this one was far superior to the one in West Bloomfield. The only weird thing was that you didn't know where to park for curbside pick up -- I parked in a parking spot in front of the restaurant (had described my vehicle on the ordering app) and since it was longer than they had estimated to bring the food out, I called them. They said that I should pull up at the curb in front of the restaurant which made no sense to me, since there was a sign right at the front door that says No Stopping Standing or Parking and stopping there is clearly blocking people driving through to the other stores. I think they should put up some better signage/ reserve a couple of spots in the parking lot right in front of their place for people doing curbside pick up. Food was...
Read moreWe visit this eatery very often. The food served here caters to our vegetarian taste buds. we relish all the vegetarian food options available here: four cheese grilled sandwich, veggie Mediterranean sandwich, Greek salad, broccoli cheese soup, pumpkin soup, pasta meal, and of course tea , coffee and hot chocolate. We have tried few bakery items too like cobbled muffins, scones, chocolate brownies. The only item which can be improved here is the French baguettes which as served as sides for sandwiches and soups. It’s always dry and hard here as compared to other branches. Staffs are always pleasant. Rest Room facility is also good. They have microwave too for our use. The free wifi does not seem to work for me. Overall this place is good to go to have a cosy ambience...
