I've been very happy with Green Electrical Supply. Their prices are competitive, they ship quickly and their service is excellent.

I've always felt that the true test of a company is how it handles a problem. In my case, I purchased several direct-wire undercabinet LED light strips from Green Electrical Supply two years ago. Recently, two of the strips failed (there is a 5 year warranty). I called them up and they quickly sent a prepaid return label for me to send the failed units to the manufacturer. They contacted me with the tracking information for the replacements, which arrived exactly when promised. Throughout the whole process, Kelly kept me informed of the status and was friendly and professional.

Green Electrical Supply's customer service is top notch. Best I've encountered. After receiving my order of faulty light bulbs and being very frustrated by this, I hastily wrote a negative 1 star review and chalked it up as a loss. Not wanting to take the time to even deal with it...but, to my surprise, this company took immediate action to correct the situation. ALL ON THEIR OWN!! In a world where they no longer make fluorescent lights in a 6 foot bulb, one company dared to sell me a replacement... That company was "Green Electrical Supply". These guys, especially Michael H. did me a solid this weekend... I had guests coming over and my big, 6 foot light ballast went out after 30 years, you heard it right, my magnetic ballast lasted since 1976.. Anyhow, I had to do some re-wiring on my fixture and Michael walked me through the entire process, and got me up and running... I probably spent 40 min total with him...
