It's an old strip mall that is close to a freeway. I gave it points for easy access and subtracted a point because it's an eyesore.
Generally speaking, Rochester is laid out like a typical suburban locale. Which is to say it's an urban planning failure.
Nice town, don't get me wrong. I like it here and all, but in terms of urban planning the place could have been laid out better with better public transportation. As far as I can see the public transport is a reaction to an economy that doesn't pay working class people enough to even purchase reliable transportation and the requisite insurance.
Poor people tend to have less credit, thus pay more for insurance. They have less money to participate in the economy or save for retirement...
