I occasionally stop & haven't had any problems -- today 7/10-- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! Came to drive thru -- could hear staff talking -- but no one addressed myself - I hollered " hello "- no one answers - so I back outa drive thru & go into store -- 2 guys & 1 gal working-- 2 guys waiting on pizzas -- no one even addresses myself for approx 4-5 mn -- then guy comes out I tell him about drive thru - no response - i say I'd like to order the lunch special -- no response but ringing something on register -- silence -- then says pepperoni -- yes i say-- asks anything else? A pop please -- says 8.16 - I give him 20.16 & asks do you want receipt? Yes - hands receipt i say i gave you a $20- retrieves change -- no communication awkward as EVER -- I then say your drive thru must not be working as I can hear you all but couldn't order -- again no response -- to back kitchen & talks w/ co workers on headphones for drive thru w/ others -- I wait as I'm hoping they are making pizza -- lotsa clatter & talk in back -- someone else comes to drive thru - drives away -- staff chatting about whomever must put on headset --
Gal says in back -- is lady out front for pizza -- staff responds only half ???-- lotsa laughing chat going on & she finally comes out w/ box & addresses myself -- Pizza sauce on outside of box lid -- REALLY -- I am your paycheck & RUDE customer service & antics going on -- no one seems to care or be in charge -- I will consider OTHER LUNCH...
Read moreWe have visited this location many times and we normally get okay to good service, but tonight were treated very poorly in the drive through. There was a misunderstanding over what we ordered. We only wanted 3 stuffed crazy bread and 1 regular crazy bread. Somehow that translated into a Supreme pizza. No big deal to us but the teenaged girl at the window got very annoyed when we said we didn't want the pizza and said now she made a pizza for nothing. She told us she had repeated our order 3 times and we had agreed so we apparently were supposed to just take the pizza. I don't know. But that wasn't the end of it. She then started laughing at us when we asked to get our money back and the order we actually wanted. Then she took my card and closed the window on us. We asked her name and were told her name is "Mad Dog 420." Eventually the manager came out and gave us cash. We still don't understand why we are unable to have a refund to the card we paid with, along with the woman in the car behind us swearing at us to move so she can have her pizza. We will never be coming back here. The manager was nice enough, but we felt like he was trying to break up a fight between his 2 children when clearly, you should NEVER yell at, or laugh at a customer. Poor poor service. Read moreOrdered Pizza on 2/14/2025 for Valentine's Day. Pizza was made in about 20 minutes. But the online tracker keep pushing my delivery date back. It took them close to 2 1/2 hours to deliver. I do not want my pizza sitting under a heat lamp for that long. Pizza was delivered cold and cheese was far from melted. After over a hour I tried to cancel my order, but the location said the pizza was already made and they could not cancel the order. Called the door dash delivery person to not pick up the order and she said I do not speak English even though when she came to my door for a tip she had not issues. I called customer service and they said I would be credited an 80% refund in 7 to 10 days. As of 3/3/25 no refund has been given. Have emailed the company with why, and there has been no response. This company ahs not standards and only want to screw you out of your money from their mistakes. Avoid all costs. Never will order from these assh%4es again. I am diabetic and was hoping to have food delivered in a hour, not over 2 hours. F- grade
Update: Ordered Pizza on 2/14/25 now 3/5/2025 and promised a refund in 14 days. No refund given. Contacted the customer help and it seems the refund was overlooked or they thought I may just forget about it. Told it could be another 10 to 14 days before I get my refund. What kind of business take over a month to issue a refund? If I get my refund maybe the F- will become a F+. Still...
