Zadeos Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester

Recently found this place. Pizza was okay, it wasn't mind shattering good, but it still wasn't the worst I have ever had. Given the overall portion size of what we order compared to the price, it really wasn't a good deal, $20+ for a large specialty pizza, that was marginally bigger than a standard 12" pie. There was good flavoring to the sauce and just enough spice to give it some kick. But the sausage was incredibly salty, and we had a slight issue with unevenly cooked meat. Service was excellent and prompt, but there was only two employees in the entire building. The building itself was very clean and well maintained. The I really like the interior decor and old school arcade games. But it was kind of dark inside toward the back of the restaurant, and there is a lot of sun glare from the front windows. ...

Definitely in the top 2 pizzas in Rochester Minnesota. I'm talking locally-not franchise(franchise not so great). I like the cheese thick! Order a "soft-baked" pizza with extra-extra cheese. Toppings that need no cooking like pepperoni, mushroom, pineapple, beef, green and black olives, any veggie I guess...... sausage may need longer cooking-I don't know. Anyway...... the thin crust, pepperoni on all, (I don't like ham on pizza) Mushroom on half and Pineapple on the other half. Extra sauce if you enjoy a rich flavor of tomatoes. Do the "most cheese" and 'soft cook' you will not forget it! If you want many meats and the load of cheese, I have no clue. The longer you cook mozzarella it shrinks into shingle material! LOL Tell them you want a "DK" type for cheese than...

Great pizza. Love the sauce which has great tomato flavor and fresh basil, I believe. The buffet is small. Has a salad bar that I never touch because I just don’t do salads. The buffet has 3 pizzas or so at a time, but the thing is they always have a pepperoni pizza up. It’s the worlds most popular topping. Why is it so hard for some companies to to realize they should keep up the pizza that the majority of the human population likes. Also, they don’t fill buffet with garbage pre-made thin crust. I don’t get horrible excuses when I ask for something in particular. Man, GF in redwing makes me mad. Anyway, the staff is friendly. Pizza is great. Prices are fair.
