We had an amazing dinner at My Thai Bistro. Every single dish was spot on. We started with the crab rangoon, which were crispy, golden, and filled with the perfect balance of creamy and savory filling. They came out hot and fresh, and we could've easily eaten another round. For our mains, we shared the chicken pad Thai, beef pad see ew, and chicken yellow curry. The pad Thai was flavorful with just the right touch of sweetness and tang, and the noodles had great texture. The pad see ew was rich and savory with tender beef and beautifully caramelized noodles. The yellow curry was delicious. Creamy, fragrant, and packed with flavor, with just the right level of heat. It was perfect over jasmine rice and had us scraping the bowl clean. We ended with mango sticky rice, and it was the perfect finish. A MUST HAVE! The mango was fresh and ripe, and the sticky rice was warm and slightly sweet with just enough coconut cream it's the best we have had. Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. If you're craving authentic Thai flavors and top-notch dishes from start to finish, this place is a must. We'll definitely be back!

At My Thai Bistros, one does not simply eat... one embarks on a culinary journey worthy of a Jedi feast. The Crab Rangoons? Crispy little pockets of joy, golden and perfectly folded like Yoda’s laundry on a good day. Served with a sweet sauce and a side of actual edible flowers—because even a Jedi appreciates good plating. Then came the Drunken Noodles with Tofu, which I ordered medium spicy—the perfect level to awaken the senses without turning to the Dark Side. Tofu was seared beautifully, and the wide rice noodles danced in a rich, savory sauce with crunchy veggies and aromatic basil. No Jedi mind tricks needed—this dish was a standout. The service? Faster than a podracer on Boonta Eve. Attentive, friendly, and full of great suggestions—these folks could train at the Jedi Temple of Hospitality. Menu was packed with flavorful Force-powered options, clearly labeled and thoughtfully priced. Plus, the bar setup is slick and inviting, perfect for a solo mission or a squad gathering.

This delicious Thai restaurant is a gem! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We are vegetarian and found a wide variety of food options on the menu. We enjoyed the vegetable fresh rolls, scallion pancakes, vegetable pad thai, pad see ew and vegetable basil fried rice. The portions were generous and the food was savory and flavorful. The service was good and the owners, chef and staff were very kind. I appreciate that many of them are from Thailand, so they really work hard to ensure the food and ambiance provide you with an authentic experience and opportunity to enjoy the culture. I am proud to support this family run restaurant. The chef and servers were very happy to work there and that made our experience all the more pleasant. We truly enjoyed conversing with them. This is Thai hospitality at its best. It is like dining with your own family.

My 1st time here for lunch on a very hot day! Gorgeous inside with mustard yellow upholstered seating & shiny woodwork. Gorgeous! I was greeted quickly & offered a menu. Lots of nice Thai dishes on the menu! I chose Fresh Rolls, which were robustly veggie packed & cool. My most favorite Thai appetizer!! Chicken satay arrived on (3) bamboo skewers, hot fresh & super tasty. Tom Kha Soup (coconut & lime) creamy broth loaded with freshly, chopped vegetables & served piping hot. Tom Kha broth was limey & coconutty, so creamy & good! The sauces that came along with my (2) appetizers were outstanding! Lots of crushed peanuts & freshly diced vegetables in the sauces. A bit of spicy, sweet & super creamy sauce for the Fresh Rolls, so very wonderful! Everything was served to temperature, as it should be. Wonderful meal, overall. Fresh Rolls were big & plump, next time I will ask them to add tofu, rice noodles & maybe fresh mint, if they have it? Such a very nice lunch on a super hot & so warm & pleasant inside. My lunch was not rushed arrived in a pleasant amoout of time & was truly delightful! Gorgeous foods, gorgeous inside, too! Really nice all around & the man (the owner, I believe? ) who took my order was so polite & wonderful too! Loved it here so much! I cannot wait for the next time to eat here...
