I was there to purchase a ring. I gave exact change and it was entered into the cash register wrong. I explained she was giving me too much back and the correct amount back was $30. She didnât understand. Another associate came over and she couldnât figure the math out. The store manager came over and she said the register had to be be recounted and properly figured to give the correct change back. Meanwhile after ten minutes of confusion, I asked for my money back and just gave the ring back. They proceeded to mock me and kept saying have a nice new year because I said it was simple math and it was only a certain amount back, etc.
If you canât do simple math, please donât work in retail. Pandoraâdo better in hiring associates and a managerâall couldnât adequately figure out the change. A sale of $170.60 and giving $200.60 requires only a $30 dollar exchange in sales...

The clerk said that I could have a same price bracelet of similar item. Both items not on sale are the same price so it would be an even exchange. Then she turns around and says that I owe her 6 dollars. She tells me that the item is no longer on sale and since I am doing an exchange I owe her money. I explained that i am not doing exchange because i want to but because item was defective. I asked for a manager and got quick resolution.
