The guys who came out were very rude and unprofessional, they forced our gate open from the outside - it was only supposed to open from the inside, so now it’s broken. Management took no responsibility for damage caused and completely backed up their workers rude attitude. Rot seems to be endemic from the top down. Rude front desk employee. Many many many months after the mask mandate has been lifted did this gentleman sigh and sneer at me when I entered without a mask. Quipped about the virus when I stated I did not need a mask and he could wear one if he likes. His answer was “well, what do you need?” I need nothing from this business now.
