Burch Dental - Rockford (Highcrest) — Local services in Rockford Township

I wish I could give more stars but unfortunately that’s not possible even though this has been one of the better dentists offices I’ve been to in a long time and for the most part they do good work but my wife just lost her job and when I went it for some pain on my bottom left molar tooth I was told my tooth had cracked or it had cracks going through it so I had to get a crown done now keep in mind I only had pain on that tooth when I would chew on that side but now after the crown it’s just constant pain and having to max out my insurance and pay out of pocket over 600 dollars you would think if I’m coming back in MORE pain then before and when you (the dentist) say I might of hit a nerve or got to close to it you would do more to help and figure out what’s going on instead of just adjusting my bite and then say Will if that don’t fix it then I’ll have to referral you do a root canal specialist knowing I just maxed out my insurance and had to pay out of pocket for the rest of it and I’m not one to take pain killers I just deal with it and having to deal with this and being the only one working until my wife finds a new job it just adds to the stress I just wish whatever dentist you go to would do more in there power to help you I don’t know if I’m going to keep going to this office or find another dentist but being in this much pain and barely making it all this combine just makes enjoying living life not even worth it anymore I hope no one goes...

The staff is So nice and respectful They cared about my every need and they were so honest honest that's the one thing I like with any business is honesty transparency it's beyonce they were very concerned about my level of pain The staff and the dentist worked well together it's a very clean and well design Waiting room and rooms And I want to put this in here that shares never get rid of them they are so comfortable and if you do I want one lol because they are like so comfortable

Side note. They set me to a Endodontics And that was not a very good place to go and I will not go back there Overhead machines I don't know if it was a lighter what it was hanging there fell on me then when I went to get out of the chair It kind of flipped with me getting out of that chair it was like a little nightmare all the I know although they did a really good job on my tooth they need to change the equipment so make sure when they send you to a different place you're going to one that is going to be safe and not get snotty with you on the phone But I went to a different dentist to get the feeling because it was cheaper Then Burch Although they do have a beautiful office and They are really good and sweet I just decided to look and see what my options...

I was terrified of going to the dentist after many years without insurance. Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. Linda at the front desk knows who you are immediately and is super friendly. Diana (I think that’s her name) that handles billing is kind and helpful with explaining everything insurance-related thoroughly. Kirsten, the hygienist, is seriously one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met and put me totally at ease. She reassured me that my dental issues weren’t that bad and made me feel totally relaxed throughout my deep cleaning. Dr. Adriana is a sweet angel; completely concerned with how you’re doing and feeling throughout your procedure. It sounds crazy, but I’ve started looking forward to going to the dentist (good thing, too, because I have to spend a lot of time there this year. Haha).
