Stopped in there the other day & the lady behind the desk was closing a sale, so I waited "in line" (I was the only other person). The customer was purchasing a lamp (I think that was hers), and had walked out of the store after I had stood there for a minute or two. I then noticed the clerk/owner, whoever she was, was on the telephone, so I waited, more, at the counter. The customer then returned, said "excuse me" to me, so I then backed away from the counter, so she and the clerk could begin/resume speaking.(I thought the employee was too busy on the phone?!?!?) I then left. If you could easily talk to her, you could have EASILY asked to help me. All I wanted to know was if you had any antique perfume bottles. I found your "service" to be uninviting/unwelcoming, and just plain rude. Perhaps you're short staffed because you don't have enough money to pay more employees, but you certainly won't make that money to hire more employees if you're ignoring certain customers and being selective of those customers you choose to spend time helping, aka, DOING YOUR JOB WITH. Whether or not you even had any perfume bottles wouldn't have mattered, I still would've looked around and most likely bought something else in that case, but given my first experience there, you have lost all potential sales from me, meaning more potential for more money to hire employees that you desperately need (isn't it hard running a one...
Read moreHad an initial consultation set with Joan at 1:00PM on 01/27/2025, for her to come to my mother’s house and view her belongings and potentially begin the estate sale process for us. Joan did not show up, nor did she bother to call me or text me beforehand, letting me know she would not be able to make it to our appointment, which displays the ultimate lack of professionalism.
I text her at 1:09PM, reminding her of our appointment to check and see was she running a little late. I didn’t receive a text message from her until 2:45PM with her stating that she had an unexpected appointment.
Its one thing to be running a business and maybe not have the best prices or something of that nature, but to miss an appointment and not text or call beforehand is the ultimate display of a lack of professionalism to me as it wastes people’s precious time. Needless to say, I will not be working with this business to host my...

Went to one of the estate sales today. Our first one for possessions! We were not impressed at all. I've never seen an estate sale that doesn't have half price on EVERYTHING on the last day. Instead it was weird, marked down prices or make an offer. So we made a very reasonable offer but the staff was rude and unmoved from their high price. After speaking with SEVERAL other people who had been shopping at the same sale, we all agreed the prices were excessive compared to other estate sales we've been to before. This was the third one of the day and, clearly, the worst run operation. We will not return to...
