Dejay who is the husband had originally helped us out . Who mind you i guess isn't the OWNER but ended up helping us out ... He originally told us the old models are the best dryers/washers! Well we ended up buying a set as a MEMBER WARRANTY which a fee every month. That same day we tried out the appliances & turns out the dryer was taken 2 loads of 70mins to dry clothing. Items would be damped still. So technically you would have to do a very small amount of clothes. Spoke to Dejay & had a kid come see what's up. Apparently nothing. Well we spoke to him again about exchanging. Mind you we spent close to 700$ plus delivery charge separately! Dejay was glad to help so we arranged a meeting to come check them out again. This time I wanted something more newer model.. Apparently the WIFE was very busy w/family matters (the boss) so they had an employee who originally didnt know about this exchange. She & employee thought this meeting was to PURCHASE. LOL! Once we picked out the one which let me tell you it was an exchange for same PRICE only newer model. Thought everything was great once we got to ghe car employer comes to out vehicle with (the boss) on the phone demanding that we send pics of the dryer model. Once she noticed what model she decided to tell us that she will review things & decide if we get an exchange LOL 😆. She also made sure to let us know that SHE IS THE OWNER & PRETTY MUCH IT'S WHAT SHE SAYS! So I called Dejay since we did business with him to begin with.. He than mentions that maybe the BOSS doesn't know that we are a warranty members 😏. We'll he gives us a call back & pretty much tells us that she wants to control the options of which dryers we ARE ALLOWED TO PICK. Sends 2 pics of dryers which are olders version lol & let me tell you there was about 10+ dryers in there .I explained to him how this ia horrible business & he TOTALLY AGREED!. How crazy is this situation. I will never recommend & we canceled that warranty . No loyalty to you own contract , bad experienced. De...

This is the fridge I am saving up for. The handles were inside not even put on yet. All I can say is buy the warranties. I have not had a claim yet. Home by Afrodita will take care of me with another appliance if mine fails. Without the warranty you buy as is. Just get the warranty!

I shopped around at all the used appliance stores. I would give them more stars but can't. There are two appliance stores I recommend in three counties. This is one of them. Tony at Park appliance is the other.

The best repair guys work at these two stores. Mike that is well known from Don's seems to have retired. Now we have Home by Afrodita and Park appliances for our appliance needs. Without Afrodita we would not be as fortunate as we are now.
