milda's Accessories — Local services in Rockford Township

I am not one to leave a bad review specially to a small business but I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this place.

We bought a washer and dryer from them. The dryer works great but the washer did not. They gave us 2 month warranty and when we contacted them for help the owner Milda started accusing us of trying to return a product that isn’t hers. When clearly the receipt had the same name as the washer and dryer. They said all their products come with a name in the back (a name with permanent marker) and she didn’t have anywhere to send it back to. After going back and forth I was very upset from the way she was treating us raising her voice and like it was our fault that they didn’t label their products. While we were there the man who sold it to us arrived. He remembered us and remembered selling it to us and she was even talking to him crazy for trying to help us telling him he wasn’t the owner that he was just the “delivery guy” . Well finally he said he could help us out the following day after he talked to Milda. We came back the next day and when he saw us he hide from us and went through the back door. Such a frustrating experience.

This is why people don’t want to support small businesses like this because they don’t honor their word.

No soy alguien que deje una mala crítica, especialmente a un negocio local pero estoy increíblemente decepcionada con mi experiencia en este lugar.

Les compramos una lavadora y una secadora. La secadora funciona muy bien pero la lavadora no. Nos dieron 2 meses de garantía y cuando los contactamos para pedir ayuda, la dueña Milda comenzó a acusarnos de intentar devolver un producto que no es de ella . Cuando claramente el recibo tenía el mismo nombre de la lavadora y la secadora. Dijeron que todos sus productos vienen con un nombre en la parte de atrás (un nombre con marcador permanente) y que ella no tenía a dónde enviarlo para arreglarla. Despues de tanto nos molestamos de la forma en que nos trataba alzando la voz y como si fuera culpa nuestra que no etiquetaran sus productos. Mientras estábamos allí llegó el señor que nos lo vendió. Él se acordaba de nosotros y recordaba vendérnoslo y ella incluso le hablaba como loca por tratar de ayudarnos diciéndole que él no era el dueño, que él era solo el “delivery guy” Bueno, finalmente el señor dijo que podía ayudarnos al día siguiente después de hablar con Milda. Regresamos al día siguiente y cuando nos vio el señor se escondio de nosotros y entró por la puerta trasera. Una experiencia...

I don’t know why you guys are all talking trash. I got a three month warranty on a washer, dryer and dishwasher and they all still work. That was like five years ago.
