Molly's — Local services in Rockford Township

This place is horrible. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I witnessed a moment there where the manager had a disabled elderly man get off of the chair because he was sitting on one of the comfy chairs do to back problems and the manager that wasn’t even on the clock. Which was playing slots there had him get up. No one else was using the chair and i saw no problem with accommodating a disabled person. She was very rude and told him if he didn’t like it he can leave. Another customer there told her that what she did was wrong and she told her the same if she didn't like it she can leave. This manager is very snotty and rude. Besides all this happening i also heard her telling her daughter prior to leaving that when she counted the drawer before clocking out to remember the drawer was going to be short. Which sounded to me that they are stealing or borrowing money from the register. In other occasions that i have been there playing slots as well, The manager and her daughter have had a drug dealer deliver drugs to them while on the clock, i have seen this several times were i am outside taking a cigarette break and a truck pulls up and they exchange money for a bag. Then they come in smelling like marijuana. The behavior of these employees I think is ridiculous and believe they should be fired. They have no manners or respect for...

I think the employees that work here shouldn’t be allowed to come back while off the clock and hog the machines. I was here a-couple days in a row and the manager and her family that work there were using the machines, one of them had a sign on one of the machine for like 15min and she would not give up the machine. She went on a smoke break and still came in and was hanging around while i was waiting to use the machine. My understanding is all they have is 5min to hold machine. Which i think is ridiculous to have others customers waiting because the managers thinks she owns the place. Besides employees being rude. This place is the worst i wouldn’t recommend...
