They do not care about there customers.I had signed up to do a payment plan on a ring and last minute I told them to cancel the plan and I would just pay it upfront because of the interest I told them 4 times to make sure they canceled the plan because I just paid it all up front. They told me yeah of course donāt worry then now a week later I figure out they did not cancel the plan and am being charged weekly for the ring I already paid for. I called the day that the first payment was on and said why am I being charged weekly and why am I still being charged for a ring I already bought and the guy on the phone said idk our system is down come back when we are open and I asked him if Iām gonna get the money back that I was charged for them not canceling the payment plan after they promised me they would after telling them 4 times when i just bought the ring outright and he said idk I canāt tell you anything till the system back up. Bought my husband's wedding band and a diamond came off, took it back and they "fixed it" and it came off again. My wedding ring that came from there as well is already missing a diamond. We have spent a couple thousand dollars at this store and all of it has already fell apart and it hasn't even been 6 months on one of the pieces.
