They do not care about there customers.I had signed up to do a payment plan on a ring and last minute I told them to cancel the plan and I would just pay it upfront because of the interest I told them 4 times to make sure they canceled the plan because I just paid it all up front. They told me yeah of course don’t worry then now a week later I figure out they did not cancel the plan and am being charged weekly for the ring I already paid for. I called the day that the first payment was on and said why am I being charged weekly and why am I still being charged for a ring I already bought and the guy on the phone said idk our system is down come back when we are open and I asked him if I’m gonna get the money back that I was charged for them not canceling the payment plan after they promised me they would after telling them 4 times when i just bought the ring outright and he said idk I can’t tell you anything till the system back up. The customer service is friendly, however the merchandise is terrible. My husband had a custom piece made and it's already missing a stone. Bought my husband's wedding band and a diamond came off, took it back and they "fixed it" and it came off again. My wedding ring that came from there as well is already missing a diamond. We have spent a couple thousand dollars at this store and all of it has already fell apart and it hasn't even been 6 months on one of the pieces. It's upsetting and sad.I wanted to add that after I spoke to management they resolved the issue immediately and our jewelry is back to one piece. I use to love sotos but they are falling off. i’ve gotten A LOT of jewelry from them but the quality is consistently going down. i have an ankle bracelet that needed to be repaired shortly after purchase. it has broken twice since then. i’ve also been having consistent issues with diamonds falling out of my rings. not only are the repairs never ready when they say they will be, but the quality of the repairs are unacceptable. the prices at this place are not cheap. i would expect the jewelry to last considering that. the fact that i’ve had a ring from pagoda for over 5 years and haven’t lost a diamond yet is crazy. the quality has to...
