I've been a loyal customer of Vape N Juice pretty much since the beginning of their first store on E State because I used to call one of the owners Jeremy a friend. I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. But over the last few years, that loyal part has been changing courses..

They never really had decent hardware. It was all the cheap chinese products and still is. This was definitely a disappointment as there are much better products than just Smok. There wasn't much variety when it came to drippers either. All these small drippers.

Their prices have got outrageous for what the juice is. Most of their juices are single flavor. For single flavor recipes, it costs anywhere between $1.00-$3.00 per 60ml on a small scale to produce (home mixing). They're charging quite the premium. They have their own juice warehouse where they make their juice. They're buying bulk at a markdown.

The main reason I kept coming back is that it used to be that I walk in and stay for hours just having great conversations and a great vape, especially with the owner Jeremy. That changed after a while.. Employess would start getting calls or texts from the nanny ownership just sitting back watching the cameras when they were educating a paying customer for too long. Jeremy turned into this kingpin like person as he opened more and more stores and brushed the customers off like they weren't good enough to talk to him. That was pretty much the point where I wouldn't even buy cotton from the store. You own a few Vape Shops Jeremy. It's really not that big of a deal.

In conclusion, this is one point where I hope the government will continue to come down on Vape Shops. It will knock one of the owners who used to be friendly to the people who came into his business down a few notches on their pedestal. Maybe then, he can get back to his old self and I can call him a...

I go to this shop about once every 2 weeks, to get a juice my wife likes, candy cane. The first time I went here and I bought it for my wife I accidentally got Cotton candy. I took it home, my wife put it in her vape then all I hear is " yuck, what is this. " If it was me I would have been fine with it, but she wasn't having it. So after eating some humble pie I went back and bought another bottle this time making sure it was the correct flavor. The guy's recognized I was just there a short time ago and asked what's up. I told them the story laughing it off. They immediately asked if I have the bottle(I left it at home because it was opened and normally u can't return opened vape juice,) they told me since it was the house brand that they will take it back. As long as it was with in reason if it's not like a year later and if the juice isn't almost empty, you know stuff like that. I was happy since I thought I just wasted $22. So I bought a new bottle and 2 weeks later when my wife ran out. I brought the bottle and my story in to the shop. This time it was a different bunch of guys working, I told them the story, after some side eye and a few chuckles they happily took the bottle and replaced it for me at no cost. The waits at the shop are always short and so far all of the employees I've met are cool have good energy and are quick with info on your products. Keep up the good work guys. I look forward to my biweekly trip to the vape shop knowing it will be fast and not a hassle. Thx

Great store. Great products, great selection, decent prices, and outstanding customer service. New to the area, went in for a vape and juice and now will no longer go anywhere but there. I've been there now twice in the past couple weeks and both times had attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly employees. It's a small store but chances are you will find what you need. They have an awesome reward program for repeat customers, they also have a huge selection of in house vape juice in almost any flavor imaginable, so they can mix whatever you like up. They too as well have a big selection of name brand juices with fair prices.
