Our visit to Alpine Hills Adventure Park for snow tubing was an absolutely fantastic experience! The park provided endless fun for the kids, who couldn't stop smiling and laughing the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable time. One of the highlights was how affordable the experience was—perfect for a family outing. The park wasn't overly crowded, which made it even more enjoyable, allowing us to make the most of our time on the slopes. A tip for future visitors: Be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. They only have so many slots for every 90-minute time slot. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Alpine Hills Adventure Park for a fun and memorable snow tubing adventure!

We had a blast! The place is efficiently run, the employees are friendly and helpful, it garnered an atmosphere of camaraderie and fun. And fun. I took five kids over with me and they had no problems handling their own tubes, or getting in line. Employees and other users of the hill were all very polite. I highly recommend for an afternoon of fun with your kids. Or even without your kids.

My 6 year old had a blast here. He really liked tube sledding. In my opinion this is good for younger kids. Older ones might quickly feel bored. But there is a snowboarding area as well that seems like a lot of fun for adults and teenagers. I really liked the fact that they make their own snow so it is very convenient for Rockford when some winters snow might not be present for weeks.

Walked on a Saturday to take my grandkids to have some fun. Was made aware we had to do reservations, ok not a problem. We made one for that next day Sunday and paid. Sunday grandkids and I headed out only to get there at scheduled time and they were closed but to people were inside. We knocked on the door and a guy came and spoke with us in an " oh well" nonchalant manner. He was about to shut the door back Istopped and asked ok what about a refund and gave a look as if he then didn't speak English and told us to wait at the door. He comes back and let's us in and now we are speaking with another airhead. So she begins to explain again the reason they closed, which was absolutely understandable, the weather is out of our control. We get refunded and then we reschedule for the next day, TODAY DAY 3! She put us on the list for 2pm before we walked away we made sure and she told us yes she had us on the list for 2pm and the only difference was we were not paying upfront this time. We wanted to wait and make sure TODAY they would be open. We get there and she did not put us on the list The girl that said she did was standing there and looked us and scurried to the back office. 15 mins later as we're having a word tussle, tired of explaining the same thing AGAIN out comes another kid I guess the manager and basically gives us the same nonchalant attitude. To keep clearing out the entire front office I just turned around and took my grandkids out of there. I'm disappointed because my grandkids and myself had su ch a blast last year we couldn't wait until this winter. Oh well just another place we will never support again and sure our $ 40 won't make or break them and the staff being a bunch of children, won't get it. This experience was yet again customer service in this place is a lost art never to return. Gone are the days of winning customers support and business. Now it's take it or leave it we could...

I had a great time. It was fun and exciting & something new, even though I received terrible service, rude facial expressions and tone of voice from a short blond lady working today (1/3/21) up until the point where my mother (an work associate of hers) was on the phone. She apologized for the “miscommunication” I went about my new adventure and had a ball. Other stuff members were ...
