To the Owner, Read Your Reviews they are Horrible and Start Improving or Close your doors. Also, you raised you prices and shrunk the portions of food. Egg Rolls are half the size, soup is now doubled in price. And, the family size is the same size of the Lunch. If you take the family container and pour it into the styrofoam lunch container it is the same amount. I observed them do it and it’s just Horrible.
I will never come back as there are too many restaurants to provide you my money anymore. Not worth the headaches.

Some of the worst customer service ever, since the new ownership. No one at front counter to assist for what I entered for. I waited and after 3-5mins a Latin Female Order Taker, stepped up while adjusting her clothes and not washing hands. Lack of sanitation.
I stated that my name was within her book because of horrible, bad order that was majorly made incorrectly on a previous date. My info was provided when I called in the problem. This woman looked in the ringed paper note booklet and stated she could not find it. And, then asked me what I had and the problem. She quickly responded we don’t make the food that way. I responded quickly that you do make that way when you pay extra money for it. And, she got mad and refused to assist me and was rude, making me get angry also.
Customers enter to get the correct food as requested when paying a small or large amount of money. With that said, the order taker or individual that packed the items to go should always look inside the bag and verify what is to be given and to what customer.
I never entered to get a hard time, only to be provided what I paid for and requested. Note: I have been a customer for a possible 20years and anyone can imaging how much money has been provided to this location per year.
And, Now because of the horrible treatment and disrespect, you have lost our business. New ownership and horrible reviews.

Read moreI'm shaking. I just went there and had a complicated order which the gentleman had no patience for, but he was not explaining in a way that I could understand. He kept reanswering the same thing despite me asking a different question. Seeing as I don't work there, I don't have the menu memorized. He proceeded to get angrier at me as I asked questions. He started yelling at me and I asked, "I don't understand why you're yelling at me, I understand why you're frustrated but I don't understand why you are yelling." I finally finished my order, $19.11, And payed $20.00 in cash. He returned my 89 cents and I placed it on the counter behind the menus because there was not a Tip jar to be seen. That was his tip (and while it IS passive aggressive to leave a tip of 89 cents, he was legitimately yelling at me and it was not instigated. I didn't think he deserved a tip for yelling at me, the customer who did not yell at him). I said nothing else to him. Just left the change. I then sat down and all of a sudden i hear change scatter accross the floor and a penny hits my leg. He threw the change at me. Literally threw the change at me. No manager came to intercede and he confessed that he did it when my boyfriend approached him and told him that, "Did you just throw that? What I'd wrong with you, that's not right, you don't do that to a customer." Needless to say I got my change and I'm not expecting any sort of justice from this. Read moreNormally I have never had a problem at this location. Today however it was a different story. I ordered a sizable order totaling a little over $30 to take advantage of an online order promotion to get a free General Tso. And I get home to find that my food is not there. I called and spoke to somebody and he was hesitant to even replace it. My request was simple I wanted the free food that I was supposed to receive with my $30 order, and I wanted them to deliver it. They said that they don't deliver where I live and I simply stated I understand that and that's why I came to pick up my order but you guys messed it up they were unwilling to make it right. So I told him that I would come to pick it up and when I arrived The guy I spoke with on the phone told me he called the online ordering company that they use and he said that they've told him that that promotion isn't even going on. So I had to go out to my car grab my cell phone open up the website and show him the promotion on the website for him to believe me. And then I had to wait around while they made the food after he reluctantly agreed to replace it. so not only did I have to make a second trip to this establishment for my food but I had to wait while they got the rest of my order ready.
