Cato Fashions — Local services in Rockingham

Just walked out of this store. Stopped in to look for an outfit for work. There were two employees, one at the front of the store hanging up clothes and one in the back near the register. Both employees looked at me and went back to working without a greeting. I thought that it was odd but decided not to worry it. Walked around for awhile trying to find something pink to wear for the theme tomorrow. I find a top but was having a hard time looking for pants. This is when another lady walks in. The employee at the front stops what she is doing, greets the customer and asks if she was looking for anything. She then proceeds to walk by me with the second customer to the other side of the store to help her. I looked back at the other employee who looks me square in the face and goes back to what she was doing. A third customer and fourth customer walk in. The employee stops and greets both customers and proceeds to walk by me again. Not being greeted usually doesn't bother me but something about this felt wrong. I love Cato's but I will not be returning...

Very very rude, didn’t listen to the customer, unprofessional, didn’t take the time, had bad assumptions, the employees were just terrible. Don’t recommend this Cato to...
