Peking Wok — Restaurant in Rockingham

I usually take out a plate here almost weekly. Tonight, its was 7:35 when i got there. It's a Wednesday so their closing time is 9:30. I was sitting there waiting for more grilled crab meat until 8:16 when a waitress told me her boss had said they werent making anymore before they were about to close. I was there waiting on it for almost 40 mins. They still had a hour and a half of opening time. So you're telling me the people that decide to dine in, wont have what they want at the bar because yall close a hour and half from then. This was my worst experience. Usually I have no issues. But to be told they werent cooking it because they were about to close knowing they were still open another hour and half kind of struck me the wrong way. It's a buffet. You have everything out and cooked while people are dining in and...

I will never eat at this establishment ever again. They deserve a zero star rating for customer service; The owner is disrespectful berating and belittling. He had the nerve to hang up on me 2 times while asking a question about their buffet. Especially when I spend almost $200 a week in that buffet.

So, if you want to get old food that's left, and dried out doesn't taste great, don't go after 7:00 p.m. especially when you're a traveling nurse and health care worker, who are pressed on time.

No accommodations are made whatsoever and it's a real shame.

Once more again the owner has no couth and has lost my business including a party of 14, I was going to bring.

It's sad this was the only decent buffet in Rockingham North Carolina but oh well.

The lady tried to sit us in back we didn't wanna sit that far cause lady I was with has breathing problems,so the girl sitting us rolled and puffed while she walked away then food was not hot at all not even close to warm and that was at 1130 am so only ate 1 plate then we asked the girl if buffet was turned on and she said she'd tell someone well I didn't see anyone look..I didn't wanna be rude and say to loud so I was quiet about it .she wasnt very nice or friendly at all...then paid and lady says how was it well it wasn't good nor hot so she said I'll tell someone I said that's what other girl said too and I paid and left...by reading other reviews sounds like yall never have it hot..for$32.00 we could have ate better at McDonald's..never again for me thanks...
