Sales staff was friendly(Ashley). Pricing was decent. I would have to say when it went to complete the paperwork it felt like I was at a car dealership. My $1099.00 purchase was all of a sudden closer to $2000.00. All the little "extras" they tried to add on. "Insurance?" on a small loan? I was going to finance, but was never really told the % rate. In the end, I paid in full. -1 Star for that.
$119.00+tax for delivery! Sofa/Loveseat and they pulled right up to the front door. Took them longer to install the feet than actually bring it in. I guess being older and not having a truck put me in this position. So partially my fault, but come on....$119.00 when I live less than 5mi from store. I would have been better off renting a pick-up truck from Enterprise for the day. In the end I was wore out from preparing the room, so I gave in and paid. Free delivery should have been included, or at the most $75.00. -1 Star for high cost
Oh well....live and learn I guess. Overall we are happy with our purchase. We'll see how well the furniture holds up. Our last set came from BigLots and it held up for about 10yrs. Other than being "worn and in need of cleaning", we felt it held up pretty well for $500.00.
In the end, I would buy again from Farmer's, then again, there aren't a lot of options locally. This is not Farmer's problem, but the delivery charge, and the feeling I was buying a car really killed the bright spot of all this.

My sectional sofa was delivered by one delivery driver, which was no fault of his own, this was ignorance on management. I was charged $120 delivery fee and had to help move my own furniture in my house after the 1 delivery guy tore the sofa up trying to move it alone and I paid my neighbor to help move furniture as well. I called and spoke to Melissa, the "manager" who was so rude and couldn't understand why she should remove the delivery charge. After finally agreeing to remove delivery fee, she told me she would send me a revised paperwork, which I have yet to see.
