This was my first visit to gs in a while I gotta say the prices will still deter me most of time for better competitive priced. But this time I was able to find what I needed for the right price.

The major pro here was the customer service. I'm Deaf and hard of hearing and the employee managing the store happen to know ASL and saw me struggling to understand what was going on and knew exactly how to communicate with a customer like myself and was able to help me make all my transactions and store shopping experience a smooth one!

Don't waist your money getting a warranty on anything here. They push for you to buy it, but never have a "tradable item for it". All the while they have 30 controllers on the wall behind them. they tried to tell me I could turn my item in a wait 7 days for it to be mailed but that's a long time to go without your end of the day cooldown.
