I cannot speak highly enough of Carte’ Jewelers! My husband and I had gotten my wedding ring 15 years ago at another jewelers. After four years of wearing it not only did it not fit properly anymore, but it did not have the sparkle it once had.

Over the years, I have worn rings that I had purchased from other jewelers, never being completely satisfied because it was not my original wedding ring. My husband and I had gone into the original jewelers this last Christmas to see what could be done about getting my original ring back on my finger. Not only did they say that they would not clean it because they felt it was too fragile, but they told us they would charge us upwards towards $1500 to have everything redone on it that needed to be done. Needless to say, both of us thought that was ridiculous and left defeated.

On a whim, I brought the ring to Rosie at Carte’. I had been in there earlier that day, asking to get my finger sized because I was going to be ordering another ring. Now I’ll be honest, the other ring was from a completely different company overseas, and I felt a little humiliated and embarrassed, walking into an establishment where I was not ordering the ring from. Not only did Rosie say that she would check out the listing online that I was going to get the ring from to make sure that it was legitimate, but she happily helped me size my finger, and was nothing but complementary and non-judgmental. If you ever do get the privilege of meeting this woman, you will instantly feel comfortable, and may even walk out of the door feeling like you made a new friend.

This is what made me decide to bring my original ring to her to see what could be done. Not only did she show compassion for the fact that the original company was going to rip us off, but she gave me a lower price and told me that it would be done within a week, just a few days before Christmas. She was communicative through the whole process and answered any questions that I had, as I had many, because I am ignorant when it comes to fine jewelry.

My husband and I will definitely be back to add another band to my ring from Carte’s. They are nothing but friendly, informative, and helpful. They have a wide selection of beautiful jewelry but most of all, and most important to me, I was treated like family.

I run a small business myself, and treat my customers like family as well so it was refreshing, as you can imagine, to be treated the same way. Thank you Rosie and Team, for making me fall in love with my ring all over again! You all are amazing!

This is my favorite jewelry store! Small and personable, fair prices, excellent customer service and they really listen to what you want and are able to deliver it! We've gone here for the last 4 years. It was the only place that was able to help make a unique and perfectly fitted vintage looking band for my unique 1930s engagement ring with full appreciation of the specialness of a vintage ring. We had tried Shane Co, Zales, Kays, Jason, etc. and they were all suggesting to modernize it or fuse it with another ring as they said it could not be made. They also made my husband's wedding band and they have made several pieces based on pictures we showed them and our description of what we were looking for. If something is not quite to your liking or down the road has an issue they will fix it free of charge or if from normal wear and tear very affordably. What a a great experience I had with this beautiful boutique! I came in to trade in some gold chains that I had for some cash and they offered such a sufficient price for them and ended up giving me such a great deal on some diamond earrings that I couldn’t pass down. I asked if they buy earrings also and ended up going home and grabbing my old pair. Long story short they were so generous and kind I ended up purchasing a crystal bracelet for my mother with the money they gave me for the studs I sold. They not only treat you with great care here but they also have an amazing display of jewelery to choose from whether you need bracelets rings necklaces or earrings they got what you’re looking for!
