Editing because originally wrote this feeling incredibly frustrated and wasn't thorough;
I had come to this Target location to pick up some beauty supplies for a much needed self-care spa night. I had looked ahead of time to make sure what was on my list was available in-store. I tend to like to go in knowing exactly what I want rather than wander.
I did not leave with anything from this store. The beauty section was extremely unorganized. There was no "face wash" section or "foot care" section or any section really. There were "brand" sections, but ONLY big name brands. Little brands were tucked away and strewn about, either on end-shelves or small parts of a shelf overshadowed by other brands.
I couldn't find MOST of what was on my list. No one was around or near the area to help either, and as I kept searching and searching for 40 minutes without any luck, I began to feel more and more frustrated. I ended up just placing my basket of a few items on the floor, and walking straight out. I was pretty angry and felt dangerously close to screaming and tearing my hair out. That was how frustrated I felt in that department.
I ended up going to the Target on Fairway, and boy was that a breathe of fresh air. I found every single thing on my list there, no problem. I don't know who is in charge of the layout at the Commons Dr Target, but they really need to do something about the beauty section or hire someone else to design it. It was such a negative experience that I refuse to go to that...
Read moreSo my step mom had bought the black ops cold war ultimate edition card for my husband for Christmas to download to his Xbox, she was not informed by the cashier to keep the receipt with the activation code on it nor did she know prior. We just went into target to ask if there was anything they can do if they could pull up the original receipt with the code on it or give a refund so we can go re-purchase the card. They then responded that there was nothing they could do, I then asked so she is basically out of $90? To which they replied without any sympathy Yep pretty much. We called gift card services to which their response was pretty much the same although they are going to try and get in contact with Microsoft to get the code however they were not certain that they could even get the code. Now my stepmom is out almost $100 and now we have to re-purchase the game possibly for another hundred dollars. This was not great customer service which they say they “strive” to give. This experience changed my view...
Read moreUnfortunately this Sunday I had the worst shopping experience ever. I decided to buy a LG 55” TV, it was the last one and for me it was taken off the showcase, the packaging from it could not be found. I paid the amount indicated on the price tag, came home and installing it, found that I was given an LG 50”. The model is the same, but the size is different! I checked the receipt - it said 55”. I went back to the store and was told that the 55” was not actually in the store, although it was in stock. The staff tried to help me somehow, but unfortunately only offered me a refund. I didn't want to be left without a TV at all, so I had to keep the 50”. So I paid for 55“ and got 50”. Interesting, of course. The support service just chases me from one store to another without offering...
