Walked in waited 8 minutes at the front of the line while staff was goofing off and ordered a bowl. Asked for double meat He took a huge scoop like he did for the first then dropped 85% of what he originally scooped from it and put it on top and charge me for it. I don’t know what double means to chipotle but double to meat means double or times two so you gave me a heaping pile of meat the first time now I need two heaping piles of meat. Second of all how dare you be charging me so much money When each container was cross contaminated with other food, nothing was wiped down, the attitude from the staff is incredible nobody asked you guys to work there, yet, you kind of treat the customers like the people in front of me like it’s our fault that you’re there. I paid for it immediately threw it away. Cause I’m not gonna argue with a bunch of teenagers about how food service works. Absolutely appalling will not be coming back to this location. Also the amount of staff touching their hair, faces, mouth, etc then touching food, containers, bands of chips is disgusting and a health code violation and a food safety hazard. I’m reporting...
Read moreVisited yesterday.....dumbest mistake ever because I have become ill after eating queso and guac from here. Apparently, I forgot (but, in my defense, its been a year).
However, yesterday was DISGUSTING. Wanted Barbacoa and when the (server) went to get meat out of the heating tray, she fished out a full tong - with the tong on the line. She did not remove the meat from the line, just the tongs. Who even knows have long the tongs were buried in the barbacoa. Then, she served the meat to the people who were behind us. Heat only kills so many germs. NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Twice I have seen food mishandled and become ill because of it. The chuck roast used to make the Barbacoa is not expensive enough to keep the meat on the line after contamination (receipt attached to prove I was there). I highly doubt I will get a response from the location but I will be following up with corporate because staff at this location has not been trained correctly. Also, not sure what they actually do when they have down time but to not have brisket nor veggies at the peak of dinner time is a horribly incompetent...

I placed an online order last night for an 8pm pickup. My wife and daughter arrived at the store to pick up the order and staff they stated they were mistaken. There was no order. I sent them a screen shot of the chipotle app indicating it was ready for pick up at they very store. My family went back in and convinced the store to look for the order. 10 minutes later chipotle staff found it somewhere in the back. We're only 5 min down the street, but my family didn't come back with the order until 8:30 and everything was ice cold.... which is just not acceptable when a meal for four is now upwards of $90 after a generous tip.
Immediately got on the app to complain about the quality of the food. All Chipotle would give me was a BOGO as compensation for $90 worth of cold , somewhat inedible food... no matter how much I protested.
Having worked for years in the industry, I appreciate that things don't always go to plan but a good restaurant makes things right... Chipotle apparently doesn't stand behind...
