Mattress Firm Rocklin Crossing — Hotel in Rocklin

I came into this mattress firm after having shopped around a couple other places and ended up purchasing from this store because of the EXCELLENT customer Service and knowledge Joe delivered. Aside from the fact that he spent a LOT of time answering all my questions, he NEVER made me feel rushed or like he was trying to upsell me for his benefit. I was moving out of state and he made this necessary purchase easy and seamless! He truly listened to my budget concerns and even provided me with quality options that i could take advantage of that would help me save even more money. It was delivered to my new address out of state on the exact day I requested and was set up for me. I felt comfort in knowing that I could actually sleep on it for 4 months and return or exchange if it didn't meet my expectations.

Fast forward, and I ended up deciding I wanted a less firm mattress. I cannot express how easy he made the exchange and how helpful he was. I have never had such amazing customer service! I have a new mattress coming this Monday and throughout this entire process he actually made me feel like he cared rather than treating me like something to make money from. The time he spent, the active listening, the follow through.... I HIGHLY RECCOMEND for anyone who wants to make a purchase without feeling shoppers remorse!

My son moves into his house next month and the only place I am sending him to for his new mattress will be here.

I would've given this a five star review based on the salesperson (Teaeli) but there's one thing I wish was already in the price of the mattress. My husband and I went in to check out what they had because I knew two family members that purchased from here. Teaeli was the only person there as we walked in. She was very helpful and knowledgable with the mattresses we asked her about and gave us some great information as we tried out the five mattresses. We ended up with an I Series Hybrid by Serta. Brand new version to the store only this week. Once we were making the purchase here's the problem I didn't like. We had to pay for platinum delivery service of $125. because we also bought the adjustable base and in order for them to install it in your bedroom you have to pay for platinum service. Otherwise they'd leave on the front door and I would have to install it. I personally think Mattress Firm should have free delivery when you spend over a certain amount. Ours was $3500. I'd recommend Mattress Firm and Teaeli just know you'll be paying for delivery. Now I just need to wait the month for...

Although the mattress we originally selected turned out not to be the best choice for us, Alex handled the situation exceptionally well. He honored Mattress Firm’s return policy without hesitation and even arranged for the base to be returned, which we really appreciated. Within just two days, he coordinated the exchange and scheduled delivery of our new Tempur-Pedic mattress and ergo base. The quick turnaround and seamless handling of everything really exceeded our expectations.
