EXCEPTIONAL TEAM, OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! This T-Mobile store sets the standard for what true customer care should feel like. It is filled with warmth, patience, and professionalism that stands out in every interaction.
From the moment I walked in, the environment in this store felt profoundly safe, like safe at a molecular level. The kindness, patience, and warmth I experienced here made such an impact that this store has become my new safe place. For the first time in a very long time, I didn’t feel anxious. I actually wish I could go there just to be in that presence again.
Walking into this T-Mobile store was a much bigger step for me than most people might realize. I live with severe social anxiety, disabled, and I’m only about 6 weeks postop from a double spinal fusion surgery. On top of that, I’m still self-conscious about the large & immediately noticeable surgical scar on my neck and dealing with post-concussive symptoms from a recent TBI. Getting out of the house is rare for me, and honestly, I was terrified to go in.
Tristan (Store Manager) was the one who helped me most. He took all the time I needed, never once making me feel like a burden even when my post-concussive amnesia made it hard for me to understand things. He explained everything with patience, helped me pick out a watch for my daughter (who just started 3rd grade!), and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I will never forget his kindness.
Crystal (T-Mobile Expert) was so sweet, funny, and genuine. She embraced my ADHD tangents and shared in my excitement instead of brushing it off. We even connected over her awesome phone case featuring characters from K-pop Demon Hunters, a movie my husband, daughter, and I watch daily. She made me feel seen and welcome in such a joyful way.
Vicky (Assistant Manager) I only spoke with on the phone, but even in that short time, she was just as kind and genuine. She listened to me without rushing, made me feel like my words mattered, and left me with the same warmth I felt inside the store.
I truly cannot say enough about this team. They treated me like a person, not a problem, something I can’t always count on in public spaces. This wasn’t just good customer service, it was a healing experience. I am deeply grateful for Tristan, Crystal, and Vicky, and I will always look forward to coming back to this...
Read moreI’m going to give this small store a “5”! Diane listened to me and she and the team did everything they could for me so that leaving V was easy and joining T was too! The store was clean. The entire team joined in to the conversation whenever they weren’t with a customer. My husband even took a group picture of his new acquaintances. The only thing that would have been nice was a bench or seating. I’m in my 60s and spouse mid 70s. Switching carriers and getting a new phone takes almost as long as buying a car.
