I can't heap enough praise on the manager of the Rockville Healthy Back Store. She is kind, competent, and all about providing top-rate service to her customers. My husband and I purchased an Aeron chair in early November. When we called to check on delivery and the manager realized there would be a delay, she immediately asked us if we would like to use her floor sample until our new chair arrived. We immediately said, "Yes" and she herself delivered the chair to our home. (The chair was too big for our car, and she understood we would not be able to pick it up easily. So, she offered to deliver it, and did so herself!)

When the store received our new chair, a Healthy Back Store employee called to let us know when we could pick it up. My husband and I tried to fit the floor sample chair into our car. When we failed, i called the store to let them know we would need to work out some kind of delivery. The employee said he would call me back on the arrangements. When he called me back he said they would deliver the new chair and pick up the floor sample, and the service would be complimentary. i can only attribute this act of kindness to the wonderful store manage, Peggy Douglas.

She really is the best. She made sure we had a chair as soon as possible, even when it required her to make the delivery. Then she made sure we had the new chair we had paid for on a timely and cost-effective basis. She has certainly demonstrated a belief and devotion to awesome customer service. We will be buying any back-related products we need from the store she manages, and i highly endorse not only the products this store sells, but also its exemplary...

I own an X-3 office chair which was purchased at The Healthy Back Store (THBS) I was very reluctant to at first because of the price. First, the salesman at the purchase time was very helpful and knew the product(s) well. So I purchased the chair and this was about a year and a half ago. The arm rest snapped. I called the X Chair company, they were very helpful. But I decided to call The Healthy Back Store, we’ll I’m glad I did. The sales associate assisted me the same day and provided a replacement arm. Wow was I shocked by the superb service, AND at no charge. Wow. That was a $174.00 savings!!!! Folks honestly speaking, I shopped around and could not find a quality chair that comes close to THBS. Bottom line the X series chair is an investment for sure. But it is an investment for your health. Where else can you purchase a chair and receive better service and replacements parts? I have been a customer at the Healthy Back Store for several years and I have always been in awe with the staff’s knowledge and customer service. The staff truly has the best customer service and will work with you to find the ideal product . I suffer from chronic neck, shoulders and upper back pain . Recently I went shopping for a new office chair and once again was met with superb customer service from Peggy and Marvin. The chair unfortunately was not the right fit but thanks to the great return policy and customer service I was able to return it . Peggy and Marvin informed me another chair was expected soon with the exact specifications that i was looking for. I was contacted when the chair arrived at the store and went back and tried the chair and felt it was the right fit . I purchased the chair and was offered a complimentary ergonomic evaluation although my residence was ~ 1 hour away.
