The 3 guys I talked to (Mark, Rick & Ray) at Performance Bicycle were VERY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL!!! I own an Expensive & Hi-End Rollator Walker called "Drive Medical Nitro Euro-Style Rollator Walker" (what a Tongue Twister!!!) My left Brake went on on me (thanks for All those Amazon Reviewers!) And I purchased a New Brake Assembly from an online medical supply store. I was informed by Performance Bicycle that I did not have all the parts after I had left my Walker there for the day. The Staff was very pleasant & offered my some good advice & charged me NOTHING!! (He even said he had tightened my remaining Brake up....THANKS DUDE!!!). Come to fond out my Right Brake actually became LOOSE after I inspected it later that day.....not...

Every time I am here, I am upset that I can't go into all the stores I know and visit those new to me. It is either too late or I am in a hurry! The Plaza has a huge number of stores, wonderful variety and makes me so happy to have a functional shopping area again in the area! So many malls and shopping plazas have either closed or slowly deteriorated over recent years. Online is nice, but you can't try on, feel texture and carefully compare items. I love stores, and Congressional Plaza has them in several price categories, varied items specialty stores and clean, well laid out interiors in most shops as they are new...
