Panda Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Rockwell

I'm new to area so this was the first time ever ordering from here. I called in an order of mooshoo shrimp one of my favorite dishes. I asked that I get an extra side of pancakes and jasmine rice. I specifically asked for jasmine rice because I have gotten it with fried rice before and always preferred it with the jasmine. I am 40 years old I've been ordering this dish for 20 plus years from prob 20 plus establishments, I have never not gotten rice with this meal. It is Chinese tacos it ALWAYS comes with rice plus I specifically asked for jasmine with it when placing the order. All I got was Mooshoo shrimp and a bowl of wonton soup. Grand total $24. I then tipped 3 and some change costing me $28. I get home I got my extra pancakes, my Mooshoo with literally 4 baby shrimp and all cabbage and carrots and NO rice! I called up there to let them know they forgot my rice and the guy told me the dish did not come with it! Like what?! I specifically asked for it and specifically asked you?! First why not?! Every other Chinese establishment known to man does! You only charged me over $20 for a bowl of cabbage and extra pancakes I didn't need because there wasn't enough food to even fill the pancakes I got. I explained to him I was a first time customer and I had asked him for it, I should have got it regardless to whether you are the only Chinese restaurant known to man who does not serve rice with there Mooshoo dishes! They made no effort to make it right just kept arguing with me. Total rip off for you money, terrible customer service and the dinning room when walking in was a complete mess, so bad I almost didn't want to even pick up my food, I wish I hadn't. I would not suggest this place to anyone, there just it to make a dollar... Probably why the place was dead at 6:30...

My husband and I were in the area Sunday and both wanted some Chinese food. I looked on my phone and found Panda Chinese so we went in and gave it a try. Upon entering - we noted the faded pictures up on the wall of different items you can order. You order at the counter and then sit down and they bring it to you - it is more of a fast food type restaurant than a regular sit down and order off the menu type. My husband got the Sesame Chicken and I got the Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp. The food was excellent. However, while sitting and waiting on our food for about 15 minutes - my husbands food was brought out to him while I continued waiting probably another 8 minutes or so on mine. I thought that was extremely bad manners to bring out the mans food first and have the lady sit and wait. There was several people sitting around waiting on take outs so I think that may be their main business instead of sit down patrons. But the food was really good. The restaurant itself is extremely dirty with flies flying all around you. The drink machine where you get your drinks is disgusting looking. The décor inside is really dated and dirty looking. There was crumbs and food all over the floor too. Like it had not been swept in weeks. Could definitely use a good cleaning and some updating - but I think we would go back here when...

Literally ordered the same thing I get every time I go in there with my boyfriend and we share a soda every single time. I forgot to get my drink this time and went back to the counter to get one and he charged me $4.17. I said $4.17 for one drink and he said yes (as he's on the phone taking an order) then hands me two cups and I proceeded to say I only wanted one cup, so my boyfriend comes up and explained I only wanted one cup. So he refund my two dollars for one cup and says that I can't share a drink that I paid for with my money with my boyfriend.... I'll never be back. You lost a loyal customer and an awesome tipper for the job you don't even do...
