Have to re-edit this yet again, my kids wanted sonic and reluctantly I took them there. I mentioned that in the past we don’t get all out items. I order and guess what, you guys are consistent at doing the same thing. It getting it all right. Missed and item and then waited 15 minutes before I decided to not give you my time and my family’s time any longer. We will never spend a dollar at your location, ever again. We will make sure that everyone we know understand that frustration that this location will surely provide.
A month later, I order a nice size order $60 worth. Drive home and am missing items, check you or bags people I don’t know why I never learn lol, missing one burger, the only burger ordered in the order along with Tots. Then I’m given attitude when I come back as if it’s my issue I’m missing items. Come on dude how hard is this really, the bottom of the recite has a item count why have it there if no one is looking for it.
Was not a great experience, the intercom speaker to order is super low, I had to repeat the order several times due to not hearing them correctly. Worst part is we ordered several shakes. Read moreI ordered in the drive thru and the car in front of me got my order by mistake. They passed it back through the window. A moment later an employee brought my food to me. I drove away and when I got home I realized the people in front of me had taken a bite of my food and handed it back.
How this was ever acceptable for the staff not to catch is beyond me. Once food goes out the window it should not come back in. If it does come back in they should never hand it to another customer.
I contacted customer service right away. They were extremely unapologetic and told me I would hear from someone. I also sent an email regarding the situation. I was told no refunds by the manager Kaitlyn and of course I had questions why when it was them that made it cold.
