Food Lion — Local services in Rockwell

Very satisfied with Food Lion. It has certainly improved with its new remodel and redesign "Your New Fresh" last year. Especially happy to see the "Local Food" sections. Thank you. I have noticed the mailed coupons are not as good as they use to be. Still designed towards what you buy, thats great but offerings are not as good as they use to be. Now you have to buy 2 to save. Use to be buy 1 and save. I also noticed that the register coupons have definitely changed. Use to be something like Spend $75.00 save $6, Spend $100.00 save $10. Now it's Spend $110.00 save $5.00. 😯 So sad. Those we're always so awesome. Love shopping love feeling like I was really getting a savings. I also loved if i forgot to use my good Coupon and wasn't planning on getting $100.00 by expiration date. I would go in my local Food Lion and pick up what I needed and see someone with a full cart and share my coupon. Bring the better coupons back Food Lion. Last night I went to this foodlion to buy a couple of things for my husband and I to have lunch today and was having major issues with my card and bank account, for some reason I couldn't get it approved. So I went to the manager, I believe his name is Scott, explained the situation and went to hand him my grocery bag when he asked me how much it was, I told him it was $7. He proceeds to pull his card out of his wallet and pay for my groceries with his own money! He had me crying in the middle of this foodlion! I visit this Foodlion store at least once a week but it usually twice a week. That is because they're out of stock on items I want!!! I'm really getting upset about the stocking of this store!! Not only do they not have the items I want they're stocking the shelves at the busiest time of the day which is blocking the isles!! I worked for Food Town along time ago and we never stocked the store when customers where trying to shop!!! You have a bad problem which keeping shelves stock and blocking aisles!!!
