I am very happy with my purchase from Sunset Leather, and I would definitely buy from them again. After researching a specific Milwaukee Leathers jacket on the web, I found the same product at a significantly lower price on the Sunset Leather website. So, I called Sunset directly, and Martin helped me with the purchase, with choosing the correct size, with shipping Two Day Express Mail, and with texting me the USPS tracking number upon shipment. Also, the jacket was packed extremely well, with strapping tape covering all open spaces on the box, and they even placed a cardboard protector inside the box, to ensure the jacket would be protected from damage when I cut open the box. I have NEVER seen any shipper take that extra step, so I am impressed. ..plus, the jacket fits great and is of far better quality than I had expected. (I may just buy another one!) I love what I see. I'm a leather lover from way back. I love the fact that you're a brick and mortar store as I like to buy in person not online. This store I can get to and it was through my friend Craig that told and showed me your new location in Rocky Hill, as I was familiar with your location on Airport road in Hartford, though i never visited the store when it was in Hartford.

I love the smell, looks, and feel of leather this is very stimulating, and ths is very good for healing. As a healer this is very beneficial to me at least (and my friend Craig).

Definitely worth a 5 Star rating.

I'm very pleased with my experiences at Sunset Leather. I noticed a hole in my leather jacket and emailed the store about repairs; Martin responded with an estimate within an hour on Thanksgiving! The repair was satisfactory, affordable, and quick. The store carries a wide variety of men's and women's leather jackets, from more affordable labels to more upscale ones like Schott. I found a leather jacket I loved, and the owner even gave me a Black Friday discount five days after the event! There was an issue with the belt's length, and they replaced it the next day.
