We had my son's 8th birthday party here. The price for the party was extremely reasonable: a 2 hour party in a party room, $5 game cards for each child, a party helper, tablecloths and paper goods. The party was for 10 children, in the price the birthday child is not included, any additional child after 10 was $28. Our party helper was Jericha she was very personable and helpful. She checked in periodically and asked what we needed or what she could help with. An announcement was made when it was time to go to the room for pizza. I had only been to this FunCity once before but was happy to return. This facility was well run and clean, staff was helpful and able to answer questions. A party was coming into the room right after us but the staff did not make us feel rushed. A couple of suggestions: I would say parties should be a bit more spaced out. Our party was 10:30-12:30 but we were told another party was coming in for 12:30, the staff didn't rush us but I felt rushed, it may better to have the next party start at 12:45 and so on. This allows for cleanup. We appreciate that pizza came with the package but I wish we had known they were small sized Dominos pizzas, I thought maybe they were large party pizzas, this is something that should be disclosed in the party description. There was barely just enough for the kids but I felt bad there was not enough for adults, good thing I had brought some snacks! We were given small bottles of water for each party guest but this proved to be not enough after 10 kids are running and jumping around for over an hour. We needed more waters and we had to pay extra for those. I think you should supply larger sized bottles or allow each party guest to have 2 each. All in all this party was successful, parents said their kids had a great time and complimented the facility on its organization and cleanliness. I would recommend to others to have a party here but would advise them on the items I...
Read moreI took my nephews here yesterday to let them burn off some energy on their day off. While the concept of this business is great, cleanliness is clearly not a priority.
From the moment we walked in, an overwhelming smell of dirty feet filled the air. However, the real concern arose when I had to use the restroom. As I entered, I noticed children running out of the bathroom with their socks on, leaving a trail of wet footprints as they rushed back to the play area—where other kids were climbing and playing.
Inside, the men's restroom was in an unacceptable state. The floor was covered in liquid, and upon further inspection, every toilet was unflushed. It was evident that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned all day. I approached an employee and politely asked if someone could check the restrooms, but he simply acknowledged me and continued on his way, making it clear that nothing would be done.
The bottom line: This is a place where children are meant to play, but the lack of sanitation poses serious health risks. Kids are running in and out of an unsanitary restroom, tracking who-knows-what onto the play equipment. Parents, are you paying attention to the conditions of the places you bring your children? The hygiene standards here are unacceptable, and it raises a serious concern about the spread of germs and illnesses.
This facility desperately needs to improve its cleanliness and hygiene practices. Until then, I strongly recommend finding a safer, cleaner place for your...
Read moreThis place should be ASHAMED OF ITSELF! There are many obstacles to climb at this facility. My son who is 7 year old was visiting here for the first time was climbing a very high obstacle that you had to jump down from using a bungee cord. Keep in mind it’s high, and it was his first time, and too intimidating to jump down. There was 3 very tall male workers standing around talking seeing the issue we were having. I was seeking help, when I looked over they were LAUGHING, and literally just starred at him while yelling “JUMP” repeatedly when someone easily could have assisted him!!!! I then had to try and help him down myself. Let me just say that jumping down almost every child hits the pillars including my 11 year old. This is NOT SAFE! This is a facility for children to play and feel safe doing so!! I paid 50 dollars for 2 kids to play in this facility to be treated like this is DISGRACEFUL! I also told someone at the front desk who brushed off my concern very LIGHTLY and went upon what she was doing. Very uncomfortable, and unprofessional!
This facility is very unfinished, mats are a tripping hazard as I also tripped several times, the zip line also was closed which is one reason my kids wanted to go here. Bathrooms were very disgusting. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN, and for someone who does NOT typically write reviews I write this, and will continue to discourage others to bring their business to other...
