They obviously are friendly to who they want to be friendly to because Michelle has a discusting attitude and Daniel seems scared of her.. I went their with the intentions on getting a refrigerator but because of Michelle attitude I just said thank you and walked out... I think she was trying to get me to yell scream and act ugly in public but she would never get me to act like a fool for her satisfaction... She didnt help me, she didn't explain anything to me... Some people can be friendly and treat people with the up most respect but treat some like nothing honestly I dont know what her attitude was with me but she needs to learn the respect for everyone and of I can give the score of a 0 I would... The only reason I might go back in their is if I can talk to someone else but I needed to walk away before I have to tell her...
Read moreOur experience was horrible! Never will I go back here again, the employees are rude and disrespectful, and the manager is no better, how do you keep business with employees like them??? They don't want to sick with your payment plan, instead of them calling me every two weeks I got a phone call every week asking for a payment, and I don't get paid every week!! Then when the employees don't get a payment when they want it,and my husband and I don't answer our phones because we are working or busy, your employees leave a nasty voicemail on my husband phone... I will be calling this morning to tell the manager to come and get there product from my house TODAY! Hopefully in the future this company will think twice about hiring the type of people they have right now running...
Read moreAfter calling to be sure this store would be open until 7, and speaking with Daniel, who said he asked April if the full bed we had talked about was still there, I was told there were a few more there even if that one was not. My sister drove 30 miles one way to pick up the bed, only to be told, no, they didn't have it. We were buying the bed out right, so I guess cash is too great a concept for simple people to grasp. I am not in the area, and called back and spoke to the manager. He apologized and offered to try to get another bed, at $10 more, but we decided we want to spend our money with someone that is more professional and doesn't waste people's times.
