I have visited this theater many times in the past but today was the worst experience. I will try to be brief and stress the main points. I attempted to see the newest conjuring movie. Needless to say, that didn’t happen. The previous showtime started late but they couldn’t get the next showtime to work at all. They kept telling everyone this when buying tickets but they didn’t say what caused the delay. There were 2 employees making out behind the concession stand in between sales. I caught the girl’s name but I will be nice and not mention it. Management was really bad and they didn’t handle the situation well at all. We sat in the auditorium for probably almost a half hour before they came to let everyone know they couldn’t get the next showing to work.they could have mentioned something much sooner. Myself and others asked for a refund but were given gift cards instead so I feel I basically had $12 stolen from me. I do not plan on visiting this location again for a long time until I see evidence that the mentioned issues have been addressed and corrected. We went to a 2:50 matinee with our granddaughter. We purchased our tickets online before arriving. When we got to the theater, a line stretched from the concession stand out the front door. The front ticket box office was closed, so all patrons had to purchase tickets at the concession stand. Even though we had already purchased tickets (and paid extra for the "convenience"), we still had to wait in line and check in at the concession stand. The concession stand was out of the affordable kid's snack pack and could only suggest that we purchase a small popcorn and beverage for more than twice the price. Despite the long and slow line, the movie started exactly on time. For parents and grandparents with young children, that means that it is difficult for the children to figure out what they missed when they finally get to sit down in the theater.
