This store just goes on forever. It is a huge location full of the most wonderful array of different gifts. One of the ladies working started to play a game with my dad and she got him hooked. He had just a wonderful time playing games with her. He couldn’t stop talking about how sweet it was that she took the time to show him the game. I found my favorite stationary that I thought I could only find back home. My brother and I had a wonderful chat with the woman at the register. Truly exceptional customer service. I have always loved shopping at The Cottage Gate since I moved here in 2020. I bought a beautiful lighted/musical Christmas decoration & my puppy chewed the cord before I even got to use it. I went back to the store to see if I could buy or order a new one & they graciously gave me a new cord at no charge! Now that’s great customer service! Great place for gift shopping. Good quality items. Very helpful and friendly staff. They have lots of great games/toys. Unusual ones. They love to show them off to you. They have some nice costume jewelry, boutique-y clothing, baby gift items, small home decor. Food items like nice jellies, sauces, dips. Some kitchen novelties.
